I’ve been painting for over two decades and have spent the last several years diving deep into abstract floral work that blends emotion, intuition, and vibrant color. My background includes exhibiting my work in galleries, creating collections from my home studio, and teaching others how to find joy in the creative process.

Tulip Garden Paint-A-Long

This paint-a-long is inspired by a little burst of joy right outside my front door—my neighbor’s stunning tulip garden! The blooms are this vibrant pinkish-orange, practically glowing in the spring sunlight, and I just had to turn them into a painting project. We’ll start the piece using Stabilo Woody pencils to sketch out our tulip garden scene, and then layer in juicy, expressive color with acrylic paint on acrylic painting paper. It's a fun, beginner-friendly project, but also a lovely chance to loosen up and explore vibrant color blending.
